River Rewilding Retreat

Fort White, Fl.

November 7-10, 2025

You are not meant to live in a cage built from other people’s stories.

River Rewilding is a somatic retreat designed to awaken your truest self through the medicine of fire, water, movement, and community. Nestled in a private cabin style home surrounded by nature, this 4-day immersive experience invites you to shed the layers of conditioning, come home to your body, and reclaim the parts of yourself you’ve been asked to silence.

Through yoga, breathwork, ecstatic dance, ritual arts, and guided ceremony you’ll be supported in returning to your intuitive rhythm and sacred symmetry. Together, we’ll cultivate a space of belonging where your tenderness is honored, your expression is welcomed, and your whole self is celebrated.

This retreat is open to all genders and identities and welcomes all who feel the call to reconnect with their inner wilderness, drop into somatic safety, and embody the process and power of becoming.

Vegetarian and other gentle dietary needs can absolutely be accommodated—just let us know in advance.

Alcohol and plant medicine policy

We honor the many ways people seek  healing, and expansion. While the retreat itself will be substance-neutral and there will be no facilitated plant medicine ceremonies, you are welcome to bring what you need to feel supported and connected—including alcohol or sacred plant allies—as long as your use is respectful, consensual, and does not disrupt the energy or safety of the group.

Safety policy

I reserve the right to turn away or ask anyone to leave if their behavior compromises the emotional, spiritual, or physical safety of the group. This space is built on respect and trust, and we take that seriously.
