Birth + Postpartum Doula Services

I am available to you through text and phone call from the time you choose me as your doula, up until your child's birth and beyond! We will meet in person twice for pregnancy/labor/newborn  education and labor preparation. 

I will support you throughout the entirety of your labor. There are no additional fees for labor experiences that surpass a number of hours. I will remain with you after birth to assist with establishing feeding techniques and ensure you are settled into your new role.

Resources and referrals to an amazing  network of local providers in all fields of wellness. 

I remain reachable by phone and text throughout the entire 4th Trimester, as well as include 2 postpartum in-person visits. For an additional fee, I can provide ongoing or as-needed postpartum support. 

All information given to you within our doula/client relationship will be from evidence-based sources only. 

I also offer personalized yoga sessions, sound healing, Ayurveda and nutritional consultations, baby wearing or cloth diapering education for an additional fee.
