About
So here's the story
Samantha’s path began in a home where illness was familiar. Family members lost too soon to cancer, lifelong struggles of heart attacks, anxiety and diabetes. From an early age, she was fascinated by the body; not just in its suffering, but in its capacity to heal. That spark became a lifelong devotion to wellness, intuition, and the sacred intelligence of our cells.

Graduating high school with a teaching certificate, she studied early childhood development with a minor in psychology, drawn to the mystery of how we become who we are. But it was the birth of her first child that initiated her into deeper waters. Now trained as a birth and postpartum doula, and even serving as a surrogate herself, Samantha home-birthed her final two babies into the world, surrounded by presence and power (and breaking some local records! 10lbs 7oz and 12lbs). Pregnancy, motherhood, and the trials of life wrought havoc on her body, even leading some doctors to tell her she would need screws to hold her pelvis in place. She was given few options, but her search led her to find healing through yoga and pilates—sacred movement that brought her not only back to herself, but forward into her next chapter as a yoga teacher trained in the traditional lineage of India.

Along the way, Samantha became certified in Reiki II energy healing, herbalism, holistic nutrition, Ayurveda, and breathwork facilitation. Her passion is to help honor the body's stories through science, spirit, and sweat. Her work now weaves all of these threads: trauma-informed yoga, somatic ritual, ancestral healing, birthwork, and the fierce softness of mothering and homeschooling six magical humans.
She is also a lifelong dancer and aerialist, called to express grace, grief, rebellion and reclamation through movement and breath.

Whether she’s teaching a class, holding space at a birth or retreat, blending herbs in her kitchen, or swaying under moonlight, Samantha is here to help others remember:

Healing is possible. And it begins by returning to the body as home.
