Dive Into Relaxation: Restorative yoga & massage
Restorative Yoga allows you to release deeply held tension through a series of supported yoga postures & stretches that are restful for the body and soothing for the mind. This is a slow and still practice of gentle postures supported by props including bolsters, blankets, and blocks. In this workshop, you will be led into long held restorative postures. While focusing on relaxation, massage techniques will be offered by a Licensed Massage Therapist combined with Reiki to help you dive deep into stillness. You will also be taught self massage techniques and experience guided meditation during this 2 hour experience, complete with essential oil infused hot towels and calming breathwork. This workshop will be co-led by Samantha G. and Kayla Collins. Samantha & Kayla are passionate about uplifting the world by empowering others to take charge of their self care routine. Samantha is a Yoga Teacher+certified Reiki II level and Kayla Collins is a Yoga Teacher+Licensed Massage Therapist+certified Reiki II level.
